At New Kingston Cleaning (a service of Biznitos LTD), our main priority is the excellence of service with our customers. This Terms of Use has information that outlines refunds, cancellations, and general terms of use of the services at New Kingston Cleaning.

Refund Policy

If at any time you are unsatisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us. We will send a team to fix any problems at no additional cost to you. Our cleaning services are not complete without your total satisfaction. In special cases where even this is not satisfactory, we will issue a full refund of any deposits at our discretion.

Cancellations

We realize things happen and you may need to cancel your cleaning appointment. If you are unable to reschedule, we will issue a full refund of any deposits provided the cancellation request was received at least 24 hours before the cleaning appointment.

Damage, Theft & Other Incidents

We treat your home or office as if it is ours. But if something is damaged or broken, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired. Please report any damage or incident to New Kingston Cleaning within 12 hours of completion of the cleaning service. Failure to do so will nullify any ability to rectify the problem.

While New Kingston Cleaning thoroughly checks all our staff, you are still responsible for securing any items of value in the location. New Kingston Cleaning has a zero-tolerance policy with our staff for any theft at your location. If you suspect any theft, you would be responsible to contact law enforcement officials with our full cooperation.

Payments

Payments are made before or at the time of the cleaning. We accept Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, AliPay, or Cash. In most cases, we require a deposit to confirm scheduling of your cleaning.

Access, Security & Keys

Please provide reasonable access to your property for our cleaning staff. We will take utmost care of your keys or access codes. The only people allowed on your premises are staff performing cleaning or maintenance on behalf of New Kingston Cleaning.

Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

New Kingston Cleaning will bring cleaning supplies and equipment. If you need us to use special supplies and equipment, please let us know before your appointment.

Cleaning Appointments

Generally, cleaning appointments are set between 8am and 6pm Monday through Saturday. If you need cleaning outside of those hours, please let us know at the time of the appointment. In some cases of holidays or Sundays, we may add an additional surcharge.

What We Do in Your Home/Office

In the case of homes, New Kingston Cleaning provides a checklist so there is a standardized way of cleaning your home. We provide a free in-premise estimate by visiting you before the cleaning. We are happy to work with you on special requests. No home or office is the same, and our team will be happy to help you.

Pricing & Deposits

New Kingston Cleaning has standard pricing for most kinds of homes in Jamaica. In special cases, we will visit your premises to quote your price. In most cases, you are required to pay a deposit to hold your cleaning appointment.

Time Estimates

New Kingston Cleaning does not charge by the hour or day. Instead, we quote a price that covers the entire cleaning. Our time estimates have proven to be generally accurate and in the majority of cases, most normal cleaning jobs are completed on the same day.

Rescheduling Your Service

You may reschedule your cleaning service with at least 24 hours' notice to New Kingston Cleaning. New Kingston Cleaning may also reschedule your service with at least 24 hours' notice if our staff are not available on the day and time of your appointment.

Acceptance

By using the New Kingston Cleaning service, you have accepted the above terms and conditions.
